Volumetric Measurement
A volumetric measurement is made by comparing a fully loaded truck profile with an empty truck profile.
By using 2D or 3D laser technology, the LASE software applications are able to calculate a precise volumetric measurement of the load.
Volumetric measurements provide accurate results that are independent of the amount of humidity in the material which are added to a conventional weight measurement.
